What to Expect at Our Vegan Italian Cooking Class
When you arrive at our cozy San Diego kitchen space, you’ll be greeted with a warm welcome and some even warmer appetizers! We kick things off with vegan chef bites and a round of welcome drinks (cocktails, wine, or beer). From there, the real adventure begins.
You’ll roll up your sleeves and work side by side with our chefs to prepare two vegan Italian dishes. Don’t worry, we tailor the menu according to any allergies and preferences, so every dish is both delicious and inclusive. Using just a handful of fresh, seasonal ingredients you can easily replicate at home, you’ll learn how to bring the flavors of Italy to life in a fully plant-based way.
Once everything is cooked, we gather around a communal table to enjoy the fruits of our labor. We’ll serve one of our signature vegan desserts to close out the evening, and guests are more than welcome to bring their favorite adult beverages as there’s no corkage fee.
