Francesco and Adisa, co-founders of Cucina Migrante, invite you for a fun FARM-TO-FORK social cooking class (farmers market tour plus cooking class), inspired by the Mediterranean diet, noted for being one of the healthiest in the world. In this interactive and spontaneous class, you will have the opportunity to visit the North Park farmer’s market in San Diego with our chefs, learn how pick out the best and freshest ingredients for the dishes, and meet the chef's favorite local farmers. The class regroups in the Chef’s kitchen in a charming house in Golden Hill, to cook three delicious and improvised meals from scratch with all the goodies from the market. You will learn the fundamentals of creating delicious and simple dishes with a few fresh and seasonal ingredients. .
