When he’s not busy talking to anyone who loves a good story, Chef Simone is thinking about the best flavor combinations. 

He was born in Milan and has spent time living in many different places, but his heart’s been in San Diego for over a decade. He is known to taste anything edible, has a green thumb for plants and herbs, and firmly believes that cooking is science and baking is chemistry!
